目的：了解抑郁症患者的经济负担和家庭负担状况。方法对168例抑郁症患者，采用一般情况调查表，疾病经济花费自制调查表，家庭负担会谈量表进行调查分析，随访12个月。结果抑郁症患者年人均总花费为21650元，直接花费6806元，间接花费14844元。住院患者年人均总花费、直接花费、医疗花费均显著高于门诊患者（P＜0．05），城镇患者年人均总花费、直接花费、医疗花费、误工及能力下降花费均显著高于农村患者（P＜0．05）；本组患者家庭负担会谈量表的主观感受、家庭生活、家庭娱乐、心理健康4个维度的阳性回答率均＞60．0％；农村患者家庭负担会谈量表的主观感受维度评分显著高于城镇患者（P＜0．01），心理健康维度评分显著低于城镇患者（P＜0．01）。结论抑郁症造成的经济负担和家庭负担较严重，严重影响着患者及家庭成员的心身健康与生活质量。、Objective To investigate the economic and family burden status in patients with depression . Methods Investigations and analyses were conducted with general conditions questionnaire ,self‐made questionnaire for disease economic costs and the Family Burden Scale of Disease in 168 depression patients (FBS) and followed up for 12 months .Results Annual per capita total cost was 21 ,650 yuan ,direct cost 6 ,806 and indirect 14 ,844 .Annual per capita total ,direct and medical cost were significantly higher in in‐patients than in outpatients (P<0 .05) ,so were annual per capita total ,direct ,medical cost as well as the cost of delaying their work and lowered ability in urban than rural patients (P<0 .05);positive response rates of subjective feeling ,family life ,family entertainment and mental health of the FBS were all >60 .0% ;subjective feeling score was significant higher (P<0 .01) and mental health lower (P<0 .01) in rural than in urban patients .Conclusion Economic and family burden caused by depression are severer and influence patients’ and families’ psychosomatic health and quality of life .
