目的：探讨喹硫平联合中药穴位敷贴治疗精神分裂症患者阴性症状的疗效和安全性。方法将70例阳性与阴性症状量表‐阴性症状分量表总分＞35分的精神分裂症患者分为两组，均口服喹硫平治疗，观察组联合中药穴位敷贴治疗，观察8周。于治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表‐阴性症状分量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗2周末起两组阳性与阴性症状量表‐阴性症状分量表总分及情感迟钝、情感交流障碍、被动／淡漠社交退缩因子分均较治疗前显著下降（ P＜0．05或0．01），观察组治疗4周、6周、8周末较对照组下降更显著，治疗8周末有效率显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01）。两组不良反应较轻微，发生率比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论喹硫平联合中药穴位敷贴在改善精神分裂症阴性症状方面具有增效作用，不增加不良反应，显著优于单用喹硫平治疗。、Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of quetiapine plus tradi‐tional Chinese medicine acupoint dressing therapy (TCM‐ADT ) for schizophrenic negative symptoms .Methods Seventy schizophrenics with score > 35 on the negative subscale of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS‐N) were randomly assigned to two groups ,both groups took orally quetiapine ,and observation group was plus TCM‐ADT .Efficacies were assessed with the SANS before and after treatment and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) .Results Since the end of the 2nd week the total ,blunted affect ,poor rapport and passive/apathetic social withdrawal score of the PANSS‐N lowered more significantly compared with pre‐treatment (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) ,so did those at the end of the 4th ,6th and 8th week and effective rate at the end of the 8th week was significantly higher in observation than in control group (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) .Ad‐verse reactions of both groups were mild and their incidences had no significant group differences (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Quetiapine plus TCM‐ADT has a synergism in schizophrenic negative symptoms and doesn’t increase adverse reactions compared with single quetiapine treatment .
