目的 探讨盐酸多奈哌齐联合奥拉西坦治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将60例阿尔茨海默病患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例,均予以盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组在此基础上联合奥拉西坦治疗,观察12周.于治疗前及治疗12周末,采用简易精神状况检查量表、Barthel指数评定认知功能及日常生活能力. 结果 治疗后,两组简易精神状况检查量表、Barthel指数评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应较轻微,不需要进行特殊处理,不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 盐酸多奈哌齐联合奥拉西坦能显著改善阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,疗效显著,安全性高,优于单用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗.、Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of donepezil hydrochloride plus oxiracetam in the treatment of Alzheimer‘s disease (AD).Methods Sixty AD patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 ones each.Control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride and observation with donepezil hydrochloride plus oxiracetam for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment cognitive functions and activities of daily living were assessed with Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) and Barthel Index (BI).Results After treatment the MMSE and BI scores of both groups heightened more significantly (P<0.01) and those were significantly higher in observation than in control group (P<0.05).Adverse reactions of both groups were mild and needed no special treatment, group difference in the incidence of adverse reactions wasn‘t obvious (P>0.05).Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride plus oxiracetam could notable improve the cognitive function and activity of daily living of AD patients, has an evident effect and higher safety compared with single donepezil hydrochloride.
