目的 探讨三维超声技术在胎儿重复肾诊断中的应用价值. 方法 对2 618例孕妇进行产前筛查,经产前超声诊断为重复肾的有15例胎儿,获取重复肾的三维图像进行观察及分析.结果 通过生后超声、胎儿磁共振成像检查以及尸检证实,超声诊断结果均正确.结论 三维超声对胎儿重复肾畸形的诊断具有较高的准确性,能够降低漏诊和误诊的概率,对胎儿重复肾畸形的诊断具有重要意义.、Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional ultrasound technique (TDUT) in the diagnosis of fetal renal duplication (FRD).Methods Prenatal screenings were conducted in 2,618 pregnant women, 15 fetuses diagnosed as FRD by antenatal sonography, and three dimensional pictures acquired to observe and analyze.Results Ultrasonic diagnoses results were correct via the confirmation of postnatal ultrasound, fetal MRI examination and autopsy.Conclusion Three dimensional ultrasound has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of FRD, could lower the probability of missed diagnosis, and has an important significance for the diagnosis of FRD.
